Morehouse College will face Virginia Union in the 2023 Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic, according to event organizers.

The Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic, now in its fourth year, is rapidly developing into a top exhibition of HBCU greatness. Adrian Allison, chief relationship officer at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, declared, “Northeast Ohio is thrilled to welcome the leadership and employees, students and alumni of these two outstanding schools.

The match is scheduled to take play on September 3, 2023.

The Panthers will attempt to repeat their 9-1 season from 2022, which was headed by returning All-American running back Jada Byers.

Morehouse hopes to build on its 2022 season and revenge its narrow defeat in the inaugural Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic in 2019.
