BROOKLYN — On April 8, handfuls assembled at the edge of East 83rd Road and Ave N in Canarsie for a road co-naming function regarding Armed force Sergeant Mario Nelson, who was killed by a rocket-pushed projectile while serving in Iraq in 2006.
